FAQ:   A: The player doesn't play music file    1. please check the bit rate is in supported range by the player or not.  2. please check the music file have right reserved or not.  3. please try the music file by other media player to see if it's damaged or not.   B: The player doesn't player video file    1. please check the video file is right format which this player support. If not, please convert it to the right format, such as AVI, SMV, etc, reference to user manual.   2. please check the video file is converted to right resolution to meet the player screen size.   3. please convert the video file again surely as per procedure in user manual and play the converted video again.   C: How to convert video?    Different models use different converting tools to convert to different format. Please check the converting tool in CD attached with the player. D: Player didn't show lyric  Please make sure the lyric file is as same name as the music file (such as music file name music.mp3 and lyric file name should be music.lrc) and in the same folder.
